I know this is the wrong section, but the Good Ads Issues section won’t load for me for some reason. My issue is that I tried advertising a diabetes treatment product without realizing that Google prohibits ads for chronic conditions like diabetes and got swiftly suspended. When I tried to appeal telling them that I was new to affiliate advertising and wasn’t aware of the restriction (as well as taking down the offending ad) they replied with saying I was still violating the rules and suspended my account indefinitley pending any appeal. How do I successfully appeal this ban?

I too am having this issue. I have appealed their decision and still am suspended. They call it cloaking but do not explain what I am doing wrong so I can fix it. Please help.
