Does anyone know how to add the tracking IDs John showed to add to Clickbank but instead to add in Digistore. I have tried to follow digistore’s help on this but it is not really clear to me.

Hi @for_you! Unfortunately, there is no way to add your conversion pixels to Digistore24 the same way you add it to Clickbank. What you can do instead is to set up the pixel yourself to your presell page.
