I have completed the intro part of the course, and marked all lessons as complete. When I try to access the first lesson in the week one training, I get a screen that tells me to complete the last section…which I have and marked as complete. Any advice.
From memory there are also a couple of question slots to complete. I missed them at first too. Nigel
You may have missed marking a video as complete. this is working for everyone else though. Feel free to email my support if the problem doesnt get resovled, and they’ll login and check/fix things, and/or bring in my developers to see if theres a bigger error here.

Please make sure you have marked all sections as complete.
Most students are getting stuck on this point as they are not allowing the videos to play through until the completed box shows in the top right corner. The box appears a few seconds after the video fades to black.
Most issues arise from students not clicking complete on the welcome video. If all videos have been marked, your progress bar should say 19% completed.
