How do I screenshot the problem that I am having?
It depends on the device you are using, I use snipping tool on my windows 10 computer to screen shot
If you are using windows, simply go to the search bar and type snipping tool
when it comes up, click on it and there you go you can screenshot anything you see on you screen.
