You are too much "in your head"! Thinking and maybe obcessing too much.
Whenever I feel like that I meditate. I also like listening to "Meditation tracks" (see playlists bellow) especially Binaural Beat type. Take a breather and when you have any feeling like that go for a walk.

I also teach my customers for mindset coaching a few exercises for synchronizing both brain hemispheres for clearest thinking ability.
Every morning upon awakening, create a "I am Thankful for...." list of 11-45 details and specifically do this daily.
Send a uplifting email to yourself. Set goals of 3 simple tasks you can achieve easily, get the easiest tasks completed first, to show yourself Progress. I know for me, getting things done boost how I feel!
